We aim to start your conversion at a time most convenient to you. This will also be subject to any council permission/planning as required.

If drawings are required, you’ll have the option to provide either your own detailed drawings or we can connect you with one of our architects.

Your quote will provide a detailed breakdown of what is included. While we do not include the written cost of bathroom suites and tiles, we do allow for the fitting of all your sanitary goods and up to 6sq metres of tiling, these will still be included within our quotation.

Most of the time, we will access the loft via the scaffolding, and will not interfere with your daily routine. Trades such as electricians and plumbers will require further access at a later stage. We will always discuss these arrangements with you in advance.

All of our jobs are checked by a building inspector to ensure our company’s professional standards are upheld. All relevant certificates will be issued after completion of your project.
